Sustainability is an increasingly important aspect which also affects the aluminium window shutter sector. As a result of the ever-increasing insulation of buildings, depths of embrasures are increasing too. For fitting systems already available on the market, the limit for more substantial insulation has been reached. For this reason we have extended our range of assembly frames with depths of 31 and 50 mm by the addition of the AF 40x120 with a depth of 120 mm. Embrasure depths of more than 300 mm can be catered for with this robust, but still elegant design. This version is of course also available with all the familiar AST advantages: fast fitting SystemFix, AF pre-drilling and complete preassembly of fittings.
