With the launch of the Soltis model there is now another product available incorporating a combination of different materials which harmonize perfectly. This model represents a benchmark in the sector of sliding or bi-fold sliding shutters and is increasingly being chosen as modern and aesthetic alternative solar protection.

Through continual improvements of this model the design has been significantly improved. The Soltis model consists of a high-quality extruded aluminium profile frame. The Soltis fabric is spanned across it by means of a welt profile, also coated in the colour of the frame. As a result of the elegant execution, no adhesive or other fixing points are visible. The composite structure of the Soltis fabric provides this model with extreme resistance to climatic and weather conditions. Lock nuts prevent loosening of the covering, yet allow for later readjustment.

With the extensive choice of colours and styles of fabric, the right combination is available to fulfil almost every customer wish.

Using the execution incorporating a mullion, it is also possible to provide solar protection for more substantial areas of the facade. In addition, 2 different variants of frame profile providing differing widths of elevation are available.

As with all other models comprehensive pre-fitting of sliding shutter or bi-fold sliding shutter hardware is possible, providing significant increases in convenience for you and your fitters on site.

Since the introduction of the model range H, the series has proven time and again that it would be impossible to imagine the field of sliding shutters or bi-fold sliding shutters without it.

Initially only available as the model H in wood, the product range could be extended with the aluminium version model H ALU, thus rounding off the whole range.

Through the introduction of consistent improvements to this range, the finish has attained a standard of quality which would be difficult to match. As a result of a special assembly method, no screwed joints are visible on the lamellae at the front or rear: an important criterion when designing a facade. As well as the complete range of colours, the H ALU model is of course available in wood-look finish. This combines the visual features of this model with the durability of the powder coating.

The new process provides maximum colour fastness, even after several years, and is impressive because of its excellent soiling resistance. Slower film degradation, good chemical resistance and outstanding chalking resistance also speak in favour of the innovative process, which can be used with the majority of RAL colours, of course. All internationally recognised quality standards are taken into consideration during the development and manufacture of the product.

Our aluminium window shutters with insulating core provide the best possible insulation. This has been confirmed by an accredited testing and inspection authority. The thermal resistance of 0.291 that was measured is the best result that was achieved by any product on the market.

Our secret?

We combine the top quality frame made from extruded aluminium profiles with a panel made from vertically grooved aluminium plates, which are glued to an ingenious insulating core made from rigid foam in a sandwich structure. Your customers are therefore not just choosing an attractive shutter in their favourite colour, but are also protecting the environment and saving money at the same time by cutting down on expensive energy.

And in summer? - the heat is kept out thanks to the shutter with the insulating core.
