How do I obtain advertising material for AST products?
You can request advertising material in several ways:
- Via your office and field service contacts.
- You can order the product documents that you require extremely easily via
the “Service – Private customers – Information request” menu item.
- You can also download all printable documents using the “Info – Download –
Sales documents” menu item. New information documents are available
here on a continuous basis.
Who is my contact at AST?
You are put through to your responsible contact when you contact us for the first time. However,
you can also contact the relevant persons in your sales area extremely easily using the "Contact –
Contact – Address | Contact form" or "Team" menu item.
Can I also order online?
Once you have requested and received the access data for our online ordering program from your
contact in our office, you access the online ordering area extremely easily using the “ONLINE ORDERING”
button on our home page. You can put together your own quotations and place orders here.
Who will assist me when I place my first order (with dimensioning)?
Our field service employees would be please to assist you when placing your first order for clarifying
anything you are unsure of. If necessary, we can also provide you with a service engineer free of
charge for dimensioning when you place your first order.
Are installation instructions available for your products?
The majority of our products (hinges, drives, sliding and folding hardware etc.) are accompanied by
installation instructions. The latest installation instructions and other helpful documents are available
for downloading on a continuous basis under menu item “Info – Download – Sales documents”.
What are the delivery times for the respective products?
You will find the relevant delivery times under the “Service – Dealers – Delivery times and delivery
wildcards” menu item. Our employees would be pleased to inform you about the delivery times for
the respective models.
How will the shutters be delivered?
Delivery will take place from one of our own vehicle fleets or a selected haulage company so that
reliable delivery of your products is guaranteed. You will always receive dispatch notification for your
orders before they are sent.
