Who do I contact for project inquiries? Who will advise me on site?

project manager will then contact you. Of course, our field service employees and (if necessary)
our project leaders will also advise you on site.

What is the easiest way to deal with a project?

After initial contact and clarification of the scope and nature of the project, we would be pleased to
carry out the planning work for you. If you provide us with CAD plans of the construction project,
our engineers can incorporate the required shading elements directly into your plans. This will make
processing extremely quick and easy during the entire process, and means that both both you and
our project leaders will always up to speed as far as progress is concerned.

Do you have any planning documents?

AST has worked out specific documents for supporting architects and planning offices in the form of
an architect folder. Simply request this using the “Service – Architects – Ask for architect's folder” menu item.

Can I also obtain CAD documents for the products and hardware that are used?

We would be pleased to provide you with PDF documents so that you can preselect the appropriate details.
However, if required we can also provide our CAD documents for the required sliding or sliding bi-fold shutter
details. We would be pleased to incorporate these into your CAD documents for you.

Which data formats can be processed?

As well as .dwg and .dxf formats, 3D formats (Inventor) can also be processed.
